Babies also need to take a nap

It takes time for the baby to create a healthy sleep cycle. During the first month of birth, sleep and baby maintenance cannot be predicted at any time. Babies only wake up when they eat and go back to sleep after a while. So it lasts all day and if we count the length of sleep and the day before the baby is almost balanced.

As we get older, the baby's sleep cycle begins to be predictable, especially how long he needs to sleep.

4 months to 1 year old. During this period, babies take naps twice a day. Once in the morning and again in the afternoon. Some babies can sleep late in the evening. Most babies need 3 hours or more naps a day.
Ages 1 year and above. At this point, babies do not take naps in the morning but only naps in the afternoon. Sleep duration is still around 2 to 3 hours. Most babies continue to sleep until they are 3-5 years old.

Please remember, although in general the baby sleep cycle as I wrote above, but each baby has a different sleep cycle.
