Is it wrong to replace breast milk with formula milk?

How do allergic reactions to formula milk?
Allergic reactions to this formula are divided into two, namely immediately and after a while.
Symptoms that appear immediately:

Symptoms that appear after a while:

Cow milk allergy is different from lactose intolerance or protein intolerance in cow's milk. Symptoms and signs of intolerance that often occurs include bloating, flatulence, diarrhea after drinking cow's milk, or dairy products. This response usually does not appear immediately after drinking.
Substitute for Formula Milk
Be aware of risks that threaten a child's life when using allergic formulas. Take your child to the nearest emergency room or hospital medical center when symptoms appear immediately.
After being declared allergic to cow's milk, it is therefore not recommended to return cow's milk or processed products made from cow's milk. You can check each milk product in the package, whether it contains cow's milk or not.
You can replace formula milk or cow's milk with other milk such as soy milk, almond milk, coconut milk, whole wheat milk, rice milk, cashew nut milk and macadamia nut milk.
